Asia’s largest food waste digester landed in a famous shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui (Hong Kong)!

    The largest food waste digester in Asia region (except Japan). It can process 2 tons of food waste per day which has been started in the famous shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui in mid-July. After two-months pre-running, it officially begins its service on October 2016.

The machine is fully automated, front-line staffs are only required to press a button to upload the food waste. Once they unloaded a 120 liters garbage bin,  it will automatically decomposed inside the machine and self-cleaned after completion. After the decomposition, the watery liquid

will be discharged into the sewage system without the need of labor handling. The food waste digester has a digital display to show the operation condition and to record the detailed data of daily/monthly/yearly digested volume. It acknowledges the 

user about their food waste volume digested and its carbon emission saving.
